Celebrate summer with our new menu full of seasonal ingredients.

Our mouth-watering Quinoa and Watermelon Salad is a plant-based delight. The stars of the show are joined by rocket and baby gem leaves, roasted sweet potato, radish, feuilles de brick crisp, and a mint and coriander sauce.

Chicken Milanese is a much-loved classic with a seasonal twist – brioche-crumbed breast served with shaved asparagus, radish, mixed herbs, green pesto and herb mayonnaise. Meanwhile, our refined and refreshing Grilled Chicken Salad features red quinoa, watermelon, mixed leaves and seeds plus a mint and coriander sauce. 

Then finish on a high – our Vanilla Cheesecake, topped with mango, passion fruit and tropical sorbet.
